Clam Spaghetti Recipe

This easy recipe will satisfy all the different palates in any family by providing a tasty and healthy meal!



Ingredients:


  • 12 1/4 cups of water

  • 16 ounces of Spaghetti

  • 1 tbsp. Olive Oil

  • 4 Cloves of Garlic

  • 1/4 cup of dry red wine

  • 16 clams

  • Dash of Red Pepper

  • Parsley

Recipe:


Bring 3 quarts of water to boil, add the spaghetti, and cook it until it's almost done. While the spaghetti is cooking, take 1 tbsp. oil, 4 garlic cloves, and a dash of red pepper and cook it for two minutes. Then add 1/4 cups of water along with 1/4 cup dry white wine and the clams. Cover that, and cook for about ten minutes. After ten minutes, check to make sure that all the clams have opened, if some aren't open, cook them for a few more minutes until you see them opening. If some clams are not open after that, just throw them out. Add the spaghetti to that mixture, and mix well. Add parsley (for presentation) and serve.
